Marlene was born and raised in the Bay Area. For nearly a decade she supported a high net worth, high profile individual who was the first President of a multibillion dollar internet company. She assisted him in an executive administrative capacity in the company’s acquisition, community development and new business efforts through 2001. In 2001 she left the internet firm to assist him in establishing his family office. Her primary responsibility was to act as his personal/lifestyle manager. In that capacity she managed his private life, including very sensitive and personal matters, property management, bill paying and various other duties. She often served as representative for his various business and philanthropic ventures with information technology, security, operations, facilities and human resources. She was responsible for the creation of the personal family office, which included a film company from conception to commencement of business including all operational and staffing needs. She managed several multimillion dollar homes/properties with million dollar budgets exceeding the owner’s satisfaction and operational standards. She’s an exceptional trusted confidant with the highest values and integrity maintaining privacy and confidentiality of both a personal and business nature. She decided at the end of 2007 to create a company that can make a positive impact for others when she was unable to move to Beverly Hills to support her employer. Currently she serves as Founder and CEO and provides hands on management to each of her clients. Prior to 2001 she supported Silicon Valley CEO's in technology, real estate in addition to working at NASA Ames supporting the Department of Defense Security Division and was issued a Secret Clearance. She provides administrative support on several high profile celebrity events. She’s a member of the Junior League of San Jose and volunteers at many non-profits. Marlene enjoys travel, reading and spending time with her daughter, Vice President, Vanessa McCaslin. An avid animal lover, she supports the local Humane Society and the World Wildlife Fund.

Vanessa was raised in the Bay Area and graduated with honors from the Academy of Art University with a Bachelor of Fine Art in Advertising with a concentration in copy writing. In 2009 she won 2nd place in the AAU Spring Show for Best Commercial, and in 2008 she placed in the AAU Spring Show for Print Advertising. While attending college she has worked for several different firms including Ghirardelli Chocolate Company, Capricorn Management and Mancini International. While working at Ghirardelli she helped to develop an extensive training program, handled human resources and reconciliation of all transactions. While at Capricorn Management she assisted the Executive Personal Assistant of a high net worth (HNW), high profile individual at his family office that included a multi-billion-dollar investment company and private property management firm. She was responsible for handling highly sensitive and confidential duties. She also was responsible for maintaining the files of all material including confidential financial and travel documents, and all other highly sensitive personal family business. While at Mancini international her main responsibilities included supporting the security teams and the founder in coordinating events and supervising security staff at various high profile celebrity events. She currently handles many of the administrative, IT support, and personal assistant duties at My Executive Assistant, keeping the founder up to date on all projects, client issues while using her skills gained at the AAU to create all advertising materials. She provides Social Network support for various individuals and companies along with web content writing. Vanessa also serves as a Board Member for the Eating Disorders Resource Center in Campbell. In addition to managing all of the EDRC’s Marketing and Public Relations, including forming their newsletter. Vanessa is a Member of the Junior League of San Jose. She enjoys travel, yoga, snowboarding. She is a supporter of the arts including the DeYoung Museum, Legion of Honor, MOMA of San Francisco and the San Jose Museum of Art.
